Apple is attempting to change the main features of the iPhone 15

For a long time, the future of the iPhone 15 has been a topic of discussion, and as we approach its release in the fall, more details are becoming apparent that can help predict what its range of features will be. While much has been said about the removal of the Lightning port in favor of supporting the USB Type-C connector, this is not the only feature that will be changed in the phone’s design for the company’s future mobile phones.

In this regard, among the most discussed aesthetic elements, the new volume control key on the Pro model has undoubtedly reappeared in the conversation in the last few hours, as part of the new image of the device.

According to a video posted in

“Goodbye to the physical button that silences the iPhone”

by Twitter user “ebiringo pro,” new renderings have been released for the upcoming iPhone 15 Pro, which emphasize the changes to the physical buttons, allowing users to silence the smartphone.

Instead of a physical button to silence the phone, a unified key for volume management is prominently featured. This key is integrated into a titanium frame and includes a separate key with haptic touch to silence the device.

As a result, the new iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max should feature a single, elongated button instead of the separate buttons that were used to adjust volume on previous models. At the same time, a mute switch, similar to the one imitated by companies like OnePlus, can quickly silence the smartphone without turning the screen on. It appears to have replaced the mute button that could be pressed to turn the phone’s ringer on or off.

The volume and mute buttons are designed to be at the same height as the device’s profile, and thanks to an additional Taptic Engine, they operate using haptic feedback to simulate a sense of pressure.

Other notable changes include,

of course, other internal changes such as improved camera sensors and the introduction of a new processor, as well as other design differences that we can find from a design perspective. As we listen to rumors about the next releases of various iPhone 15 models, we can see how the brand’s current smartphone, Apple, is evolving.
